By checking the box below, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms governing your participation in the StudioBoost Marketing Services program (“Services”).
StudioBoost provides recurring marketing and digital visibility services, which may include local search optimization, content creation, Google Business Profile activity, social content support, and related marketing services. Specific results, rankings, lead volume, or revenue are not guaranteed.
This agreement includes a minimum three (3) month commitment.
The minimum term begins on the service start date.
The agreement automatically continues month-to-month after the initial term unless properly canceled.
Client authorizes automatic recurring billing via credit card or ACH (checking account).
Automatic billing is required as a condition of service.
Client is responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
Failed or reversed payments may result in service suspension or termination.
All payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to partial months, unused services, early termination, or dissatisfaction with results.
Cancellation is permitted after the initial three (3) month minimum term.
A minimum of thirty (30) days’ written notice is required.
Services and billing continue through the notice period.
Where offered, geographic exclusivity applies only while the account remains active and in good standing.
The exclusivity area is defined as a circle with a total diameter of fifteen (15) miles, with the Client’s studio located at the center.
Exclusivity is limited to one ultrasound studio per defined territory.
Exclusivity is not retroactive, non-transferable, and may be revoked if services are paused, canceled, or payments fail.
Exclusivity does not guarantee rankings, leads, appointments, or revenue.
Client agrees to provide accurate business information, reasonable access to required platforms, and timely responses when requested. Delays caused by Client do not excuse payment obligations.
StudioBoost retains ownership of all proprietary systems, tools, processes, and methodologies. Client receives a limited license to use content created during the active service term.
StudioBoost’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by Client during the three (3) months preceding any claim. StudioBoost is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in Texas state or federal courts.
